Important information about plant delivery, condition checks and order issues.
Delivery arrangements
Delivery availability, timing and cost depend on location, order size, access and plant dimensions. Standard charges shown at checkout may be reviewed when specialised transport is needed.
Living products
Plants are living products and naturally vary in height, leaf shape, colour and growth. Minor differences from representative photographs are expected.
Order issues
Inspect plants when they arrive and report significant damage or an incorrect item promptly, with photographs where practical. Plant Zone will review the circumstances and propose an appropriate remedy.
Changes and cancellations
Contact Plant Zone as early as possible if an order must change. Orders already prepared or dispatched may not be cancellable, and customised or installed landscaping materials are handled according to the agreed quotation.
